About This Position
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist whose primary function will be to generate qualified leads from many sources. This is an important Management Position. Experience is therefore necessary in many areas of Marketing and that is why this is not an entry level position.
About Our Company
Atlas is the most recognized name for one day Bath Remodeling (Bathwraps) and Gutter Protection (Gutter Helmet) in Michigan. We are a local family-owned multi-million dollar Specialty Home Improvement Company. This is a newly created position necessitated by growth, new territory and additional product lines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation programs that support sales objectives and generate quality leads for sales staff.
- Attend weekly salesperson meetings and stand before the salesmen to report on progress in your department. Expect feedback from salespeople regarding leads you generate.
- It is your responsibility to constantly improve product knowledge and interaction techniques of your staff. You should always be looking for additional and new workers so that we always have a sufficient number of qualified, trained and motivated people in your department.
- It is your responsibility to track, record and report results. Weak performers and producers must be given extra training, warnings and finally rotated out for new candidates. Production quotas must be tracked against actual production.
- Provision of qualified leads to sales on a timely basis.

Compensation & Benefits

Minimum 3-5 years solid experience in Marketing/Lead Generation

Some College is preferred but not required, more important is experience

Experience in Marketing: TV/Radio/Print Media

Strong work ethic, highly disciplined

- Local resident and U.S. citizen (not out-of-state or in moving process)
- Some college is preferred but not required, more important to us is real world experience and a great attitude.
- A flexible full time schedule is required
- Excellent written & verbal command of the English language.
- Leadership, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience preferred in advertising and marketing
- Past successful experience in lead generation in home improvement a big plus
- Positive, upbeat, inspirational personality
- Desire to make a lot of money
